Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, please ensure that you have carefully assessed your requirements including product, type, material, colour, size etc. In the event that there is an issue with your product at the time of delivery we will endeavour to assess and repair the item.

If you change your mind within and the product is not faulty, you will be responsible for professional shipping costs to return it. These include disassembly and transport. We will provide you with a quote from a reputable supplier to carry this out. We must be notified within the statutory distance selling regulation time period (14 days at time of publication). Any damage or wear and tear will be assessed and the cost to make good will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom ordered goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@potblack.com
